Several Catamarans are available for rental in Sicily (Italy), either to tour the Aeolian Islands or the Aegadian Islands. A small catamaran, such as the Athena 38 (with 4 cabins and 2 wc) is an ideal bareboat family yacht. A larger catamaran, such as the Lagoon 470 (with 4+1 cabins and 4+1 wc) is ideal for couples, each guest cabin having a private bathroom with a seperate cabin and bathroom for the skipper. Cruising with a catamaran offers greater stability and living space than the traditional sailboats, and is often a good choice of sail yacht for those new to cruising or with young children.
