Couscous Festival San Vito lo Capo Palermo
This September 2011 Il Miglio Blue and it's collaborators, are organizing a Sailing Weekend for the annual festival of Couscous at San Vito lo Capo:

San Vito Lo Capo is a fishing centre a few kilometers from Trapani with Arabic and Spanish influences. It has characteristic short white houses, aligned to block the sun and the wind, which are surrounded by splendid Bougainville, hibiscus, and orange and lemon trees. This Sicilian town offers a unique taste of North Africa.

San Vito Lo Capo has an incredible white and pristine beach, with blue-green sparkling water. At the end of the beach is a large rock, which emerges from the turquoise water, a spectacular site.
Experience the pleasure of sailing in the vicinity of San Vito Lo Capo and swim in the Nature Reserve of Zingaro that extends from San Vito Lo Capo to Scopello. Immerse yourself in the energy of the festival with thousands of colors and flavors that establish this festival as one of the most important events in the Mediterranean. The festival of the Couscous is a cultural event unlike any other. It is possible to participate in the daily activities, and taste incredible Couscous, which originates from the ancient tribe of the Magreb.
