Just a few weeks ago we disembarked from our boat rented in Milazzo, but we already miss the Sea, the wind, and most of all the Sailing!!! Even though the weather was not in our favour, the week we spent touring the fantastic Aeolian Islands has left us with beautiful memories, including your courteousness and availability. We will definitely return in the future to sail in Sicily and once again we will count on you (Il Miglio Blue). For now, best regards and good sailing! Massimo and Carla Ghiazza (September 2007). |

Dear Cristian, thanks to your profession work ethic and the beautiful sailboat, we were able to live a dream and a very unique experience... I am sure that we will return soon, because I want to organize other sailing weekends and like my friend says, after having tried your boat and those of other charter companies: "if you want to go sailing, with Cristian you should be renting......." I write in the name of Francesca as well as the other participants aboard for our vacation. I have to say that this was not our first vacation in a sailboat, but it was our first vacation in Sicily. Our experience, thanks in part to Il Miglio Blue, was perfect. The warm welcoming and the excellent and efficient organization resolved all our concerns and we felt completely comfortable. The sailboat was perfect, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. In addition, the Aegadian Islands are incredibly beautiful, rugged, undeveloped, and uncontaminated with sparkling, crystal clear water of extraordinary beauty and colour. It was an unforgettable vacation for everyone. Thank you Il Miglio Blue. We hope to return soon....Elena (June '07) |

It is difficult to explain in only a few words my experience during the charter and the sailing school of Il Miglio Blue. First of all, from this experience I discovered a irrisistable fascination in sailing and everything to do with sailing and sailboats. After I finished the introductory corse I continued on with the intermediate corse, and then the corse for perfection. I have participated in a regata and now I am studying to take the test for my sailing license. The best vacation I took was sailing....Lara

In the summer I am often sailing. This Christmas 2006 I received an invitation from Cristian Alosi at Il Miglio Blue for a New Year's Charter in the Aeolian Islands. Once Cristian convinced me that it was not a joke, I decided I would go with my girlfriend. We had a wonderful new years vacation together by sailboat. Ps. Best wishes for 2007...... Antonio

I was impressed with the diversity and beauty of the Aeolian Islands. My family had an unforgetable charter aboard a new 15 meter Beneteau. Stromboli was my favorite island. The skipper navigated the boat around the island during the night and I saw the volcano erupting. . . it was so incredible!! Even my mom, who like myself had never been sailing before, turned out to be a great sailor. . . Anna

I was convinced by my friends to take part in a charter in autumn in the Aeolian Islands. I have never done anything like it in my life. All my initial prejudice vanished once I was onboard. I had such a good time, even when my friend threw me into the water with all my clothes. I learned many stange boat terms and worked the sails. I hope to go sailing again soon. Un Saluto.... Sara

Unfortunately in life there is work and responsibility. My dream is to live in a sailboat and think about nothing more than the sea, the wind, and the sky. I enjoy the peaceful life, which some see as being lazy. Nevertheless, good wind for everyone..... Giacomo

Sailing with Il Miglio Blue is always enjoyable. I am very enthusiastic about sailing. Returning home after sailing school class is truely difficult. If I win the lottery I know exactly what I will do! Best regards to all the sailors.... Roberto

The sea is like oxygen for me, that is just how it is. I have always had an intimate relationship with the sea. It understands all of my desires and my emotions. Looking at the water to the horizon opens my heart and helps me handle difficult situations as if another being. I love and respect the sea for all of its splendor and also its destructive force. Nowadays I frequent the sailing school classes of Il Miglio Blue. Over my life I have relished highly the feeling I get when I am in contact with the sea, discovering new horizons and more than anything being around positive people that have the same intention as myself to enjoy the sea and the wind.
